Personal data

General

Personal data refers to all kinds of information that, to some degree, can be traced back to you. When you use our website, we collect and process certain personal data. For example, this could take place when you access content normally, if you book a table at one of our restaurants, subscribe to our newsletter, apply for a job, through other use of services or if you carry out a purchase on the site.

We typically collect and process the following types of data: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or cell phone, your IP number, geographic location and the pages you click (interests). We also process the following data providing you grant explicit consent and input the data yourself: Name, telephone number, email, address and payment information. This would typically occur in connection with table booking, application for jobs or carrying out purchases on the site.

Restaurant Flammen uses Quickpay for processing online purchases and, therefore, we do not store your payment information, such as credit card number, bank account numbers or the like.

Security

We have implemented technical and organisational measures to prevent your data from accidental or illegal deletion, publication, loss, deterioration, disclosure to an unauthorised third party, abuse or any other form of illegal processing.

Purpose

The data is used to identify you as a user and to show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your table reservations, purchases, payments and applications as well as to provide the services you requested, such as sending newsletters. Additionally, we use data to optimise our services and content.

Storage period

The data will be stored for the amount of time permitted by law, and we will delete the data once it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the data and the reason for storage. Therefore, it is not possible to indicate a framework for when the data will be deleted.

Third-party disclosure of data

Data concerning your behaviour on the site, the ads you receive and possibly click, geographic location, sex, age bracket, etc. is passed on to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties this refers to in the section on “Cookies” above. The data is used for targeted advertising.

Restaurant Flammen uses Google Analytics to collect visitor statistics and, in connection with this, discloses IP addresses to Google Analytics. Google may also disclose data to third parties when so required by law or to third parties that carry out tasks on their behalf. The privacy terms for Google Analytics are accepted when visiting www.restaurant-flammen.dk, and they can be found here: https://privacy.google.com/

We use Facebook pixel, which helps us measure and personalise content and advertising. If you would like to learn more about this, you can read about Facebook’s privacy policy at Facebook.com.

In addition, we use a number of third parties to store and process data. They only process information on our behalf and may not use the data for their own purposes.

Disclosure of personal data such as names, emails, etc. can only occur with your consent. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can offer your data adequate protection.

Insight and complaints

You have the right to be informed of the personal data we process about you. You can also always object to the data used. You can also withdraw your consent to having data processed about you.
