All of our employees are trained in hygiene and in the handling of food. This means that when you meet a Flammen employee in the restaurant, you can be sure that they are in complete control of hygiene, as are our employees in the kitchen.
We ensure that foods are kept separate in the kitchen – before and during preparation.
The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration regularly visits our restaurants and we are in fact very proud that we are able to display our excellent smileys – read on to see each restaurant’s smiley report.
