A solid and extremely fine champagne, originating from the heart of the Champagne district. The colour is a golden straw-yellow with green reflections. The scent brings out intense notes of green apple and citrus and a freshness with hints of minerals and white flowers. The taste is of pear, peach and apple, and it finishes with a delightful citrus aftertaste. A harmonic and balanced champagne.

The wine has a straw-gold colour. The nose has a peach, pineapple and ripe tropical fruit fragrance. The flavour has hints of pear, green apple together with more peach and pineapple. A lively but balanced acidity content, which gives a rounded fullness and lasting after-taste.

An Australian “German-style” Riesling with a delicate scent of flowers and citrus. The flavour has light notes of apple, and the wine is definitely on the sweet side with a wonderful acidic crispness. A perfectly balanced wine.
3 Wooly Sheep, Sauvignon Blanc
MARLBOROUGH, NEW ZEALAND
3 Wooly Sheep is a classic Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. Wonderfully fresh and crisp, with an elegant bouquet of passionfruit, gooseberry and elder flower. The taste can be compared to a Sancerre – the dry, full taste with a lingering aftertaste of ripe exotic fruits combined with the freshness of lime and grapefruit.
Rosae Rosé, Apuglia
This South Italian slightly sparkling Rosé is made of 70 % Negroamaro and 30 % Malvasia grapes. The fragrance is characterised by berries such as raspberry, strawberry and blackberry. The flavour is full-bodied, fruity and round and is likewise characterised by berries. A really good and well-balanced rosé.
Deep red colour. The nose has a blackberry, plum and rhubarb fragrance with spicy undertones. In terms of flavour, it has ripe plums and blackcurrant with a hint of licorice and black pepper. Smooth, velvety tannins with a full-bodied and pleasant after-taste.
ITALIan NEGROAMARO/ MALVASIA NERA
SALICE SALANTINO RISERVA, APUGLIA
Intense red colour with a fruity and spiced bouquet. The flavour is pleasantly round and soft and carries the mark of the two-year maturing in oak barrels.
Otello, Cabernet Sauvignon
An Argentinian Cabernet Sauvignon from Mendoza. The wine has a deep, intense colour and ruby-red reflections. The scent harbours hints of coffee, blackcurrant and tobacco, which gives the wine a spicy aroma and a concentrated and intense flavour. The wine is stored for eight months in barrels, resulting in a softness and roundness as well as a perfect balance.
Red diamond, washington state
Intensely fruity Syrah with an aroma consisting of lots of ripe red berries. You will find notes of leather and pepper in the taste, and it finishes with a touch of honey in its long, soft aftertaste.
Intense and lasting and simultaneously lightly spiced with tiny hints of cherry. The flavour is intense but at the same time has a harmonious and pleasant after-taste.

Deep colour and intense nose of sweet spices and aromatic coffee beans. Plums, dark chocolate and vanilla can be sensed in the flavour. The vines are min. 40 years old and the wine is matured in French and American oak barrels for ten months.

Intense and spicy with a hint of sweet spices and cherry. The flavour is intense and at the same time pleasantly harmonious and spiced with a lovely, long after-taste. A wine that must be experienced.
CHÂTEAU DES FINES ROCHES, CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU.PAPE
The wine has a beautiful, deep colour. The scent is extremely aromatic with notes of berry, liquorice and pepper. There is great balance between the fruit and the acid, and the taste is dominated by boiled cherries. The wine is stored in barrels for 12 months.
BODEGAS AALTO, RIBERA DEL DUERO
The wine covers the glass with an almost impenetrable dark purple colour. Dark blackberry, blueberry and boysenberry emanate from the glass. With more exposure to air, sandalwood, white smoke, espresso, lavender, Asian spices and freshly churned leather become apparent. In the mouth, the wine is extremely full-bodied which maintains a fresh balance from the perfectly integrated acidity under the dark violet fruit.

This port is filled with fruit and a taste, which is intense with a light sweetness and a fine harmony.
