We have bought 4 tons of Wagyu meat, which will be on the grill from week 8 2016.

The Wagyu meat will be a part of our selection on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from week 8 and until mid April 2016 or as long as stock is available.

Wagyu is a breed, which is famous for its taste and marbling. The name Wagyu is a contraction of the Japanese words wa- (=Japanese) and -gyu (=cow).

Flammen's Wagyu meat origins from Australia, who has the largest production outside Japan.

The meat is tender, characteristic, strong and juicy because of the marbling in the meat.
