Hello my name is Anders Jessen and I am the manager of Restaurant Flammen Roskilde. I would really like to welcome you to Roskilde's best buffet here in the lovely Restaurant Flammen.

We can accommodate 285 happy guests and we employ around 70 energetic young people all of whom contribute to creating a positive synergy and giving our guests a wonderful experience.

Restaurant Flammen Roskilde opened on 4 December 2014 in RO’s Torv, which became Flammen's first restaurant located in a shopping centre.

So bring along your friends, family or whoever you want and come by and say hello and taste our delicious grill buffet.

The restaurant is situated in RO's Torv 51 on the first floor opposite the cinema and Fitness DK.

Parking is available in the parking basement where you can park for free for two hours, after which it costs around DKK 10-20 per hour.

We are a Danish, family-owned restaurant chain with a vision that all our guests must be satisfied.

From American Black Angus to Danish pork as well as the more special venison types such as wild boar stuffed with red deer, which we prepare in our own butchery.

As side dishes, we always offer minimum ten warm dishes, fresh bread, various kinds of butter, dressings and three kinds of sauce.



We always have a minimum of two kinds of starters; one fish dish as well as the soup of the day.



Ben & Jerry's ice-cream, "Old fashioned" apple pie, ice-cream for children - snatch a delicious dessert.
